Hotel Casa Frida

Lo único malo es que la televisión que me tocó no tenía más que 1 solo canal, el control ni servía. De ahí en fuera todo bien, el chico de recepción muy amable y atento, habitación cómodamente amplia, limpia, agradable. El baño muy limpio. Faltan conectores cerca de cama :D

This is a small charming hotel a couple of short blocks to the zócalo. Rooms are nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and most with roof terrace or small terrace off the room. The owners and staff are superior in all respects. They are all ready and willing to help in any was possible. Super hot water in the showers and linens tasteful and spotless. Large screen tv with many channels. I am staying here for 3 weeks and am delighted with the room, the terrace, and the impeccable service. Great location!

Excelente atención por parte de la encargada súper amable, viajo con una persona en silla de ruedas y respondió a todas nuestras dudas al teléfono, el hotel está súper céntrico a dos calles del centro, la habitación impecable, tienen convenio con un estacionamiento en la misma calle, simplemente perfecto.

Loved the colonial yet urban feel! Loved the private room balcony as well and the 1 min walk to zocalo and centro!

Hotel Casa Frida is a very simple hotel that covers the basic needs. The room was quite large and the bed was comfortable. The room and shower were clean, although the floor felt a bit sticky and the shower had almost no water pressure. Still, I was able to manage for a short stay. The location is excellent and is the hotel’s strongest point. It’s a good option for a few days if you want something simple and well-located. The only downside was the parking situation. The parking lot closes at 10 p.m. One night I came back later because I was attending a wedding. I had to call the hotel so they could notify the parking manager that I would arrive late. When I got there, he wanted to charge an extra fee even though parking was included in my stay. I ended up paying 20 pesos just to avoid an argument and get some rest, since I had an early checkout the next morning. It felt a bit like being under a curfew. Aside from that inconvenience, I would still recommend the hotel because of the great location.

La eterna primavera, Cuernavaca agradable ciudad para visitar y en compañía de Casa Frida aún más. Este pequeño hotel es un buen lugar para hospedarse, con habitaciones bien logradas, acogedoras, con un buen espacio. Cuenta una terraza para poder platicar o tomar algún café. La ubicación sin duda es lo mejor, está muy cerca de la plaza de armas así como del palacio de Cortés y caminando puedes llegar a los diferentes lugares del centro de la ciudad. Los detalles que evitaron que el alojamiento estuviera perfecto fueron: la base de la cama rechinaba por cada movimiento que hacía en el colchón, algo incómodo; se llega a percibir el ruido exterior pero nada que con el cansancio lo pudiera olvidar y finalmente los burós que están anclados a la pared estaban por caerse, quizás agregar un colgador más amplio o un pequeño clóset. Ojalá los propietarios puedan considerar estás observaciones para que sus huéspedes disfruten su estadía. Finalmente, agradezco a Nayeli por su atención y servicio. Nota: les sugiero visitar Tepoztlán y escalar hacia el Tepozteco.
